Luke
Wade

Senior Solutions Engineer, builder, and family-man. By day I bridge the gap between complex enterprise technology and the people it's meant to serve. Nights and weekends, I direct AI agents that help me ship the products below — four of them on the Apple App Store — but my most important work happens at home.

Shipped on the
Apple App Store.

Four production apps for iPhone, iPad and Apple Watch — every one of them free, with zero ads and zero third-party tracking. Each pairs a native App Store build with a live web version on the same codebase.

Team Locker app icon — a gold trophy
iPhone · iPad Sports No accounts · no passwords

Team Locker

Schedules, RSVPs & team chat

Youth-sports team management without the sign-up wall. A coach creates a team in about 30 seconds across nine sports and shares one link plus a coach PIN; every family gets RSVPs, schedules, team chat, push alerts, standings and live scoring — no accounts, no passwords. Per-team data isolation on Workers KV, and one codebase ships to the App Store and to any browser.

SweeperCreeper

Sweep · Risk · Cash Out

Minesweeper with nerve. Sweep for score, read any hidden tile’s true mine odds off an embedded Monte-Carlo solver, then wager a life on it — and cash out before the board bites back. A 30-level, 7-boss run with 14 collectible creepers, a daily seeded board every player in the world shares, and a global leaderboard.

Glowdial

The fidget-spinner idle game

An idle game built around one gesture. Drag the dial and let go — it coasts and ticks under your thumb, and every turn makes Glow that buys lights to keep the dial warm while you’re away. The dial hides safe-style combinations, a colour spectrum that climbs as you burn it out and rewind it, and an original procedural soundtrack. A Vite + TypeScript canvas game shipped natively through Capacitor, with an Apple Watch companion.

CreamiDojo

Turn your Ninja CREAMi into a recipe machine

The community app for Ninja CREAMi owners: browse a feed of real pints from real owners, then let AI build a recipe around whatever is already in your freezer — from a description, an ingredient list or a photo. Gemini writes the recipe, Workers AI plates it with a generated image, and a Hono API on Workers with D1 and R2 carries the social layer, sharing and sessions. Public recipes ship schema.org JSON-LD for Google rich results.

The five builds I’d put in front of a serious engineering team: MCP servers, Workers AI pipelines and local-first tools — designed, built and shipped end-to-end by me and the AI agents I direct. The full build index has all 23.

Agent Readiness MCP Consulting
CloudMCP
cloudmcp.net

An MCP consulting practice sold as a ladder: a free agent-readiness scan, a fixed-fee audit, scoped server builds, then security review of servers you already run. The scan is the front door — give it a domain and it reads public DNS and the homepage, maps confirmed tools against a coverage table, and scores how much of your stack an agent can already reach. No email, no account.

EDGAR Insights
edgar.lukewade.net · Cloudflare Access

Turns any ticker into a structured regulatory and ESG profile: twelve data points extracted from SEC EDGAR filings by Workers AI, each carrying a confidence score and a link back to the source document. A nightly cron re-validates every profile so the data doesn't quietly rot.

FilTracker
filtracker.com

A zero-friction filament tracker for 3D-printer people: passkey sign-in, a usage ledger with depletion forecasts and reorder alerts, printable QR spool labels, and auto-logging straight from your slicer or OctoPrint.

Local-first Claude API
Fullstop
fullstop.lukewade.net

Paste the message you’re about to send in a tense conversation. Fullstop flags where you’re justifying, arguing, defending or over-explaining, highlights the exact phrases doing it, and hands back a shorter draft that holds the same line. The rule engine runs entirely in the browser — no API key, no network — with an optional Claude pass to sharpen it.

How I build.

The through-line across everything above: direct the agents, verify the evidence, ship on the edge.

Agent-directed development

Big builds are delegated to AI agents with high autonomy — then held to evidence-based checkpoints: verified claims over theory, validation batteries before deploys, honest reports of what wasn't tested.

Cloudflare-first

Workers, Pages, D1, R2, KV, and Workers AI. One platform, edge-fast by default, and a deliberate allergy to third-party API-key sprawl.

Agents with real hands

I build MCP servers so assistants can operate real systems — a CRM server shipped to my team as a one-click desktop extension, and Memore serving long-term memory over MCP + OAuth. Tools beat transcripts.

Private by default

Auth in front of every deployment, sensitivity tiers on stored data, and honest trade-off notes over glossy claims — for family users and enterprise buyers alike.

A decade of turning
complexity into clarity.

A decade of enterprise SaaS solutions engineering — technical storytelling and pre-sales, now extending through integration design, post-sales architecture and bespoke customer builds.

Insightly Current
Senior Solutions Engineer
Mar 2026 – Present Plano, TX · Remote

Insightly merged Technical Account Management into Sales Engineering to form a single Solutions Engineering practice, and the title changed with the scope. I'm the only Senior Solutions Engineer on the three-person team, and the primary technical resource on every opportunity above $20K — working directly with the Head of Sales across a live pipeline of 14+ simultaneous $50–150K enterprise deals. Alongside pre-sales discovery, demos and technical validation, I now own bespoke in-platform customer builds, integration design and post-sales solution architecture: the full lifecycle rather than just the deal. Day to day that means Workato (AppConnect) recipes wiring Insightly CRM to NetSuite, Outlook via Microsoft Graph, Harvest, Asana and QuickBooks — plus the team's internal AI tooling: an MCP server that lets Claude drive Insightly CRM demo orgs in plain English, since adopted by senior leadership as the de facto solution, and a grounded Q&A assistant answering from SE-validated Slack threads, the Help Center and API docs with visible source provenance.

Insightly
Senior Sales Engineer
Jun 2023 – Mar 2026 · 2 yrs 9 mos Plano, TX · Remote

Led the technical pre-sales motion at Insightly (an Unbounce company) — product demonstrations, complex enterprise procurement cycles, and translating platform capability into measurable business outcomes across the CRM, marketing and service suites. Ran technical webinars and partner sessions for prospects and existing customers, and carried field insight back to Product and Engineering to shape roadmap decisions. By the end of this stretch I was the last Sales Engineer left at the company, covering every significant opportunity on my own.

Insightly
Sales Engineer
Jun 2022 – Jun 2023 · 1 yr Texas

Joined Insightly as a Sales Engineer supporting the full pre-sales lifecycle — from discovery through technical validation. Built deep platform expertise quickly enough to earn promotion to Senior in about eleven months.

Motio, Inc.
Pre-Sales Engineer / BI Analyst
Feb 2019 – Jun 2022 · 3 yrs 5 mos Plano, TX

The primary technical voice in the sales process for Motio's analytics-governance portfolio — MotioCI, Soterre for Qlik Sense and ReportCard for IBM Cognos — spanning version control, security auditing and content management. Also built the internal sales-intelligence pipeline: interactive Tableau and Power BI dashboards giving leadership a read on pipeline trends, conversion rates and marketing attribution, plus CRM integration workflows that held data integrity across marketing, sales and operations.

United Surgical Partners International
Strategy Analyst
Feb 2015 – Apr 2018 · 3 yrs 3 mos Addison, TX

Primary data liaison to C-suite leadership at one of the nation's largest ambulatory surgery center networks — weekly Tableau operational intelligence covering surgical volume and performance across 36 states, plus HIPAA-compliant dashboards tracking CMS-mandated patient survey results for hundreds of facilities nationwide. Also spearheaded a proprietary CRM application for surgical volume and physician referral networks: the same builder instinct, a decade earlier.

Academic foundation.

A liberal arts honors program that built the mental models I still lean on daily.

The University of Texas at Austin
B.A. with Honors · Plan II Honors Program
Class of 2011 · 2007 – 2011

Plan II is UT's rigorous interdisciplinary honors program — a highly selective curriculum spanning philosophy, literature, history of science, economics and social thought. It built the cross-disciplinary approach to problem solving that shows up in everything from enterprise deal work to shipping software. Graduated with honors: Liberal Arts College Scholar, Dean's Honor List, AP Scholar with Distinction, and a UT Merit Scholarship.
